Yaarah Hall

Yaarah is a yoga instructor, mom of two, and lifelong student of movement, connection, and personal growth. Her yoga journey began with her first class in 2006, sparking a deeper connection to breath, movement, and self-discovery that ultimately inspired her to teach. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in Los Angeles in 2013 and has since taught in Hawaii and Florida, finding her home at Kula in 2021. She is also certified in barre, kids yoga, and prenatal yoga and is currently advancing her studies through a 300-hour teacher training. Her classes encourage you to feel challenged, combining movement with breath, yet still grounded. She believes yoga is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and discover what you’re capable of. Toxic trait: Thinking she can squeeze just one more thing onto her plate. Green flag: Seeing people step into their own power, especially when they don’t realize just how capable they are.
