What the series covers
The series is 14 themed workshops that blend mindful alignment, playful exploration, and the art of teaching. Each one leaves time to explore poses, ask questions, and build confidence in the hammock.
- Foundational poses and supported inversions
- Creative flows and restorative practices
- Kids aerial yoga and partner poses
- Spotting and assisting, and pose adaptations
- Sequencing, and developing your own teaching voice and style
Who it's for
Come to deepen your own aerial practice, or to start toward teaching. New to the hammock? Try a regular Aerial Yoga class in New Smyrna Beach or a slower Aerial Yin class first. See the full class schedule or other upcoming workshops.

Questions
- Do I have to sign up for the whole series?
- No. Each workshop can be booked on its own for $65. A 10-pack is $500.
- Can I get certified?
- Yes. Completing 10 workshops plus the teaching requirements earns aerial yoga certification with Michele. Ask the studio or Michele for the teaching requirements.
- Is there a livestream?
- Yes. Workshops are available in person or by livestream. Livestream participants must have a safely installed aerial hammock to practice.
- How long is each workshop?
- 2.5 hours, 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM ET, with time to explore poses, ask questions, and get comfortable in the hammock.
- What should I wear?
- Comfortable, form-fitting clothes with no metal, zippers, or buttons, which protects the silks. This is the studio's guidance for all aerial classes.
