What to expect and bring
- Soft fabric hammocks hang from the ceiling. You use them for support in stretches, strength poses and gentle inversions.
- The teacher shows each pose and offers options, so you can stay as grounded as you like.
- Class is 60 minutes. The hammocks are securely rigged and hold up to 300 lbs.
- Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes with no metal, zippers or buttons, to protect the silks.
- Bring water. Mats and towels rent for $1.
