Is hot yoga good for beginners?

Yes. Plenty of beginners start in our heated rooms. At Kula, heated classes are 85 to 90°F, not extreme studio heat. Teachers cue options, and you can rest anytime. If the warmth feels like a lot at first, try a gentler class like Yin, or begin with a non-heated option around 75°F such as aerial, kids, or Kula Barre. Bring water and plan on a towel.
