Toni Cooper
Toni began practicing yoga at 17 at her local Bikram studio in New Smyrna Beach. From the very beginning, yoga helped her feel comfortable in her body and gave her a place to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with herself. After moving to Orange County, California, she continued to deepen her practice before returning home to complete her BA and pursue her passion for hospitality. In 2022, Toni completed her 200-hour RYT and Aerial Yoga certifications through Kula Yoga. In 2026, she continued her journey by completing her 500-hour YTT, also through Kula Yoga. For Toni, yoga has always been about more than the physical practice. It has helped her through different seasons of life and taught her to listen to herself, stay present, and feel more at home in her own body. She loves sharing that feeling with others and believes there is something on the mat for everyone. 10 minutes before class: You’ll probably find Toni jamming to music and dancing. She’s always early and likes having time to settle in and not feel rushed. What’s in her yoga bag? Chapstick, Palo Santo, essential oil, gum, and plenty of yoga notes. Something she’s terrible at but loves anyway: Unplanned karaoke.
