Jennifer Nocito

If there’s one thing Jennifer knows, it’s that movement has the power to change everything. Her fitness journey began in 2007 at the YMCA, where she started teaching aerobics and quickly discovered that fitness was about so much more than counting reps—it was about energy, connection, confidence, and helping people feel good in their own bodies. Since then, Jennifer has continued to learn, grow, and collect certifications. She has taught and trained in indoor cycling, Zumba, Pilates, flexibility training, personal training, Les Mills BODYCOMBAT, BODYPUMP, and BODYFLOW, always looking for new ways to challenge the body while keeping movement fun. By day, Jennifer works in healthcare, which has fueled her curiosity about the bigger picture of wellness. She’s fascinated by holistic health, healing, yoga, breathwork, mental wellness, and the mind-body connection. She believes there is always something new to learn—and she tries to learn something every single day. Jennifer’s philosophy is simple: Come as you are. Move your body. Breathe deeply. Laugh often. Leave feeling better than when you arrived. When she’s not working or teaching, Jennifer is happiest outside and on the move. You’ll find her hiking, traveling, boating, paddleboarding, practicing yoga, soaking up nature, breathing deeply, or searching for heart-shaped rocks. But her greatest accomplishment has nothing to do with fitness. Jennifer is the incredibly proud mom of her 20-year-old daughter. As a single mom, she considers raising a kind, strong, compassionate human being to be the ultimate accomplishment. Jennifer believes fitness isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about feeling strong, feeling capable, feeling alive—and most importantly, having fun while you’re here. Come move with me. Come breathe with me. Come laugh with me. And bring your whole beautiful, imperfect self.
