Aerial RYT Certified - Mar 2022. 200hr RYT Certified - Jan 2023. 50hr YIN RYT Certified - Mar 2023. Papa G to Taytum - Jan 25, 2023. Started taking Aerial because it was something new to me, and I wanted to experience a different type of yoga to go along with my floor practice. Aerial has provided me the opportunity to show others that this practice can be fun, safe, but challenging. I have incorporated my own “Core” flow/aspect to give the students a total body workout for that 60min in class. I really have fun practicing and have a blast assisting others experience the same. I hope the class is a fun and challenging hour. Always a pleasure seeing students return week after week. I completed my 200RYT certification in Jan 2023 & 50hr YIN certification in March 2023 where I can experience teaching and learning more with the Vinyasa & YIN Floor practice. Look forward to leading students in their practice.
