Maggie Mondanile

Maggie Mondanile found yoga at the young age of 12 when her Girl Scout Troop took a class at a local studio in New Jersey. She immediately fell in love with the practice but pursued dance and art throughout her adolescence. Whenever she felt lost, yoga was a grounding experience that brought her back to herself — always reminding her to have fun and integrate her inner child into whatever she pursues. After moving to Florida, she got a job teaching art to public elementary and middle school students in Volusia County. She decided to take a leap of faith and enroll in a 200 hr yoga teacher training at Kula. Instinctually she knew that teaching was what she loved to do with her time — lending a hand to whomever needs one. Compassion and creativity are the cornerstones of her teaching style. Maggie incorporates dharma talk and traditional yogic philosophy, mixed with body awareness and a down to earth non-judgmental vibe. She loves letting her true self flourish and change and encourages you to do the same each class. What’s your “treat yourself” purchase?
