Sound Healing Journey and Yin $30

Service Description

Join Chris as he leads you in a Deluxe Sound Healing Journey that will help soothe/heal the body, mind, and spirit. The 'journey' includes a 15min YIN Flow, followed by 10min of Pranayama then a 60+min Sound Healing Journey using multiple sounds, frequencies and tactile physical vibrations from gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, various drums, rain sticks, chimes, rattles, Shruti box, plus many other instruments. Please bring your own yoga mat and feel free to bring your personal pillow, blanket, bolster, blocks, socks and/or eye mask and any other comfort items; as Kula has limited blankets (FCFS), bolsters & blocks. Space is limited, so registering in advance is highly recommended. **Classes held at the New Smyrna Beach studio only have 10 available Aerial hammocks and will be given on a first-come, first serve basis** NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!
